This is My Story
In 2001, I moved to the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area to play baseball at USC-Upstate. Since graduation, I have always worked at least two jobs. One of those jobs became my full-time career and still is today. Every third day I am a full-time firefighter for the Greenville City Fire Department. I work 24-hours on and have 48-hours off – in which I am a full-time real estate agent. In 2008, I was presented with the opportunity to travel overseas and work as a civilian contract firefighter in Iraq. I accepted the offer and honorably served our men and women in uniform for two years.
My passion for this community and gratitude for our service members inspired me to find a way to give back. I discovered a love for real estate and found the perfect opportunity to really help our veterans, active duty military personnel, first responders and their families. Buying a home is one of the largest investments most of us will ever experience. Selling a home can be an emotional task consumed with tedious legalities. My goal is to offer reliable guidance so you can enjoy the process without sacrificing anything more than you’ve already given.
I specialize in helping sellers, buyers and investors find real estate properties in the greater Greenville and Spartanburg area in Upstate of South Carolina. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution when helping someone through one of life’s biggest transactions. It takes time and commitment to understand each individual person’s needs. There’s no shortcut around the time that should be invested in each client. Shortcuts prevent strategy. Strategy is necessary in real estate. Without it, your house sits on the market, your buying experience ends in frustration and expectations are never met. I take the time to get to know each individual client…beyond how many bedrooms, bathrooms and whether you like hardwood floors vs. carpet. I need to know your personality, preferences that are well beyond any assumptions we could make and personality traits that explain “why” you need what you need. Strategy…it’s the secret to your success and why I’m confident in setting lofty expectations for my clients!
In order to deliver the highest quality of service, I stay up-to-date on market conditions, economic changes and continue to grow in my knowledge of Upstate neighborhoods, local schools updates and my overall education of real estate. I am never going to push you into something you’re not ready for nor will I steer you away from what’s important.
