Loaves & Fishes rescued 2.3 million pounds of food in 2017! Our 2018 goal is to rescue 2.4 million pounds of good food from ending up in landfills and, instead, putting it in the hands of those in need in our community!

Loaves & Fishes delivers and picks up food daily for FREE! We don’t charge our agencies for the food we deliver; instead, we partner with 96 agencies in Greenville County and deliver food to them from grocery stores, restaurants, caterers and canned food drives!

More than 577,000 people are fed annually with the help from Loaves & Fishes! This includes people receiving help from emergency shelters, food pantries, after school programs, senior care housing, medical clinics and more.

On average, our fleet of trucks drive 150 miles per day. That’s approximately 1,050 miles per week; 54,600 miles per year! This requires consistent maintenance and fuel that is directly funded by events like Rock Out Hunger!
